Today during a “minor” Upgrade to the update system within the Support Site the entire site crashed out. This forced the site to be reinstalled and reinstated. Luckily, all of the bug topics have been completed so no real data was lost, only the history of the bug reports. All users that have created logins will need to recreate their Support Page login again. I am very sorry. All open topics have been recreated under my login so they can still be viewed.

Collars: Added: Intertwine with Owner. This option is a form of complete submission to an Owner. This will prevent the owner from releasing the Slave, even accidently. This is a form of submission by the Slave that displays their forever trust and submission to that Owner.

Controller: Fixed: Cleaned spelling corrections.
-Added: Response for Intertwine feature.

The Wiki and Support pages have been updated with instructions to use this new feature.

Collars have a new menu called Options, with specific options for the currently set primary owner which will be added shortly.

The three collar product lines, Standard, Partner Scripts and Collar Script Packs have been updated to this version.

Includes fixes and additions:

-Fix: Corrected some minor spelling mistakes in messages.

-Improvement: Removed special data pertaining to debugging to assist creators and developers with problems if some should occur. Removed to reduce memory usage by sim servers.

-Added: Ability for any Owner to control chain options, however Primary owner still maintains distance restriction.

-Removed: Region filtering for commands, global commands work just as fast as regional commands and produce more secure connections with less region chatter.

-#0000007 – Fixed Name Tag for name enabled collars.

It appears that LL has corrected the sim server bug that was causing a bunch of headache with many, many people. I have tested their fix on several different sims and versions. With successful updates across the board I am now re-enabling the Update Server. Upon attachment or log-in the products that are out of date will receive a notice and Updater to bring them up to date.

Please take a moment to read the above link, which explains why your collar might not be updating. At this point it is a Linden Labs issue so please refrain from filing support tickets for update issues at this time. If you have any questions, please feel free to IM Choi Zhangsun or Cryas Tokhes.

Fixed:

• Oddities or certain toggle commands: Chain, Cage, Hide, Restrain*, etc not functioning properly. Changed by adding the ability of NULL toggle flags.

Added:

• “Appearance” ability to Hide/Show the collar in any state. Collar will now remember its settings upon Hide so that once it is shown again it will appear as it was. Same color, same glow, same transparency. This issue was brought to my attention due to certain collars still retaining their “glow” in the gems even though they are supposed to be invisible.
